Coldplay are back with a new single “feelslikeimfallinginlove.”
“feelslikeimfallinginlove” is the band’s first new music since 2021’s Music of the Spheres and is also the lead single off their upcoming new album, Moon Music.
Chris Martin sings, “Oh, it feels like I’m fallin’ in love/ Maybe for the first time Baby, it’s my mind you blow/ It feels like I’m fallin’ in love/ You’re throwin’ me a lifeline/ This is for a lifetime, I know.”
Coldplay originally debuted “feelslikeimfallinginlove” during their tour stop in Budapest earlier this week. The track was produced by super producer Max Martin.
Moon Music is due on October 4th via Atlantic Records. The album, which was announced earlier this week, will set new standards for sustainability, with each LP made from 100% recycled plastic bottles.
The band has collaborated with long-time partners The Ocean Cleanup to create the Notebook Edition EcoRecord LP. The rPET for this edition comprises 70% river plastic, intercepted by The Ocean Cleanup from the Rio Las Vacas, Guatemala, and prevented from reaching the Gulf of Honduras and the Atlantic Ocean.
