Sublime Release First New Song In 28 Years ‘Feel Like That’

The newly-reunited Sublime recently released their first new song in 28 years, “Feel Like That.

Following the band’s recent performance at Coachella, the track is a collaborative release with Stick Figure featuring vocals from late frontman Bradley Nowell and his son and current frontman Jakob Nowell.

According to Rolling Stone, “Feel Like That” was born out of a 1996 jam session between Bradley and Sublime’s bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh at Willie Nelson‘s Pedernales Studio in Austin, Texas.

“Feel Like That” is a rare original posthumous release from Bradley since his passing in 1996 and also the first time Brad and Jakob will be on a song together.

In early 2024, Sublime announced that original members Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson were reuniting with Bradley Nowell as their new frontman. The trio officially debuted their new lineup at Coachella, garnering rave reviews from fans.
